경기도의회 도시환경위원회 유영일 의원은 8일 실시하고 있는 경기주택도시공사 소관 행정사무감사에서 수내동 합숙소 내부 사진을 최초 공개하며 대선 선거캠프와 관련한 의혹을 추가적으로 제기했다.
이날 유영일 의원은 전형수 사장 직무대리에게 합숙소 운영지침 및 청결의무 위반사항시 징계여부를 강하게 질타했다.
유영일 의원은 직접 입수한 수내동 합숙소 내부의 쓰레기와 담배꽁초 사진을 제시하며 “GH 합숙소 운영 및 관리지침에서는 합숙소 입소자 준수사항을 제시하고 있는데, 준수사항에 시설 및 비품을 청결히 사용하도록 정하고 있다”며 “지금 사진대로라면 청결유지 의무준수조항을 심각히 훼손한 것으로 징계를 고려할 정도로 심각해 보인다”고 지적했다.
계속해서 유 의원은 "성남지역 현장관리를 위한 합숙소의 위치가 꼭 수내동에, 그것도 이재명 전지사의 바로 옆집이어야 했는지 의문이 든다"며 "해당 숙소의 계약시점, 계약한 부동산위치, 소유주, 계약대리인 모두 의심스런 상황인데 GH 수내동 합숙소를 대선캠프라고 의심하지 않는 것이 상식적인가?"라며 의구심을 제기했다.
그러면서 유 의원은 “경기주택도시공사는 영업이익을 극대화하는 사기업이 아닌 도민의 복지를 우선적으로 고려해야 하는 공기업으로 도민들로부터 위임받은 권한을 대행하는 사장 개인의 편의를 위해 내부 규정까지 변경하면서 숙소를 제공한 사실에 의원 이전에 도민의 한 사람으로서 분노가 느껴진다”고 말했다.
이어 “전 지사의 대선준비라는 야욕을 위해 공식적으로는 GH 합숙소라 불리고 실제로는 대선캠프라는 의혹을 받아, 전 국민의 공분을 사고 있고 그 의혹에 대해서 관계자들리 수사기관에서 수사를 받는 상황 정말 개탄을 금치 못한다”며 “오늘의 지적사항을 토대로 다시는 이러한 의혹을 살만한 일이 되풀이되지 않도록 확실한 재발방지 대책을 마련해 주시고 GH는 공기업으로서의 본분을 잊지 말기를 부탁한다”고 질의를 마무리 했다.
전형수 직무대리는 “수내동 합숙소 관련해서는 경찰에서 수사중에 있기 때문에 잘잘못은 거기에서 결론이 나오리라 보고 사장 합숙소는 처음엔 순수하게 진행이 됐던거 같은데 어쨌든 잘못 운영한 부분에 대해서 경영진으로써 죄송하게 생각한다”고 사과했다.

Rep. Yoo Young-il presented photos of garbage and cigarette butts inside the dormitory in Sunae-dong, which he obtained himself, and said, "The GH dormitory operation and management guidelines provide guidelines for the occupants of the dormitory. According to the current picture, it is a serious violation of the cleanliness observance clause, and it seems serious enough to consider disciplinary action.”
Rep. Yoo continued, "I wonder if the location of the dormitory for on-site management in the Seongnam area had to be in Sunae-dong, and it was also right next door to Governor Lee Jae-myung. It's a suspicious situation, but is it common sense not to suspect that the GH Sunae-dong dormitory is a presidential campaign?"
In addition, Assemblyman Yoo said, “Gyeonggi Housing and Urban Corporation is not a private company that maximizes operating profit, but a public company that prioritizes the welfare of residents. As a member of the local community before a member of the National Assembly, I feel anger at the fact.”
He continued, “For the sake of the former governor’s ambition to prepare for the presidential election, it is officially called the GH dormitory and is actually a presidential election camp. “Based on today’s findings, we ask that you come up with a countermeasure to prevent a recurrence of such suspicions from happening again, and that GH do not forget its duty as a public corporation.”
Deputy acting deputy director Hyung-soo Jeon said, "As the police are investigating the dormitory in Sunae-dong, I think the conclusion will come from that. ” he apologized.
